I almost put down Rodgers and Hammerstein for question 2. Maybe if I had thought about it a little longer, I might have come up with it... probably not though.
The answer for #7 should be The Cookies because I believe the only hit that Bob B. Soxx and the Bluejeans had was Zip-Oh-Dee-Doo-Dah. :-)
